Privacy

We will not share your contact information or any communication you have with us unless required to do so by law.

Returns and warranty

We sell software products and therefore can not accept returns due to the possibility of piracy. We will replace defective items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Shipping

Whenever possible, we will give you the option of receiving our products by email. If a product is not available by email, or you choose to have a disc sent to you, a shipping charge will be included in the price of the item. We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

Sales Tax

Since KeySounds is located in Connecticut, we must charge Connecticut residents sales tax of 6%.

Safe Purchasing

We use PayPal for all your purchases, so you can be assured your credit card information is kept private and secure. KeySounds only receives information from PayPal necessary to process your order and does not have access your credit card information.

Our site may contain links to other sites. We do not operate these sites and are not responsible for their policies.

Support

One year of technical support by email is given with all our products. Phone support may also be given if we deem it more efficient and useful in a particular case. Updates that fix bugs will be available free for the lifetime of the software, provided you receive them electronically. If updates must be mailed to you, you will be charged for shipping. Updates that contain product enhancements such as additional features, will be available separately for a fee.

Web Site Errors

We will try to ensure that all the information on our site is accurate. But we will not be liable for inaccuracies including misspelling, incorrect prices etc.
